Smudging is a traditional North American practice in which specially selected bundles of herbs are burnt in order to cleanse spaces and set intentions. Our smudge sticks are made from Californian white sage andare  accompanied with an abalone shell, palo santo sticks (also for smudging), a rose quartz crystal and a selenite crystal (used to enhance the practice of meditataion and visualisation). All items come packaged in a kraft card box with gift card, shredded paper, a little dried flower posy grown by us and tied with recycled sari ribbons. This box set makes the perfect gift for someone who would like to enhance their esoteric practice.
