The Shop on the Square
In July 2023, we were given the opportunity to collaborate within part of an empty retail unit. This initiative is part of the wider Shop Wolverton project, run by Future Wolverton.
The shop brings together local social enterprises, micro-businesses, artists, crafters, and makers, offering a diverse range of goods and services, all under one roof.
We’re open Wednesday to Saturday, from 10am to 4pm.
We also open for the Wolverton Square Market on the second Sunday of each month between April and October, as well as for special events and late-night Christmas openings.
As well as retail, we provide supportive, hands-on work experience opportunities. A number of our gardeners also work in the shop, giving them the opportunity to sell the produce they have nurtured from seed.
Alongside our fresh blooms, you’ll find a seasonal selection of homegrown plants, bedding plants nurtured by our gardeners, and a variety of houseplants. We also stock a carefully curated range of products designed to help you and your home feel calm, refreshed, and relaxed. These include unique plants pots and garden ornaments, plant-based incense, smudge sticks, oil burners, and soy wax candles.
Supporting others is at the heart of what we do. We champion local craftspeople who create our beautiful cards and crocheted mini succulents, as well as selected fair-trade artisans from around the world, offering items such as sari ribbons and wind chimes.
Our range is always evolving with the seasons. We’d love to share our flowers and unique finds with you.
